I needed to make some cheerful cards to get me focused again. The Happy Birthday circle is computer generated in MS Word Art. Circles are cut with Nestibilities and the flower centers are stickers from a trip to Hawaii a few years ago.
The colorful background is from a very old stack by Provo Craft. I ran them through the Big Shot with an embossing folder by Craft Concepts, called Garden Swirl. The first one is embossed and the second is debossed.
