OWH VCMP #9

This was a tough card for me.  It's #9 in last weekend's OWH Virtual Card Making Party.  The challenge was to make a card with all white or white/cream that is made with 3 layers.

I embossed the cream layer with a Cuttlebug embossing folder.  The sentiment stamp is from Penny Black and stamped in Encore champagne ink and embossed with clear embossing powder.
