OWH VCMp #10
It only took me a week, but I finished the OWH President's Day Virtual Card Making Party. Challenge #10 is to make a card with Glitz & Glam, without glitter.
There are many ways make a card glitzy. I chose to use glossy cardstock. I have a huge supply of it from when I fell in love with it years ago. I embossed the blue glossy cardstock with a Cuttlebug embossing folder, the patted Brilliance Pearlescent Orange ink onto the embossed swirls.
