OWH VCMP #8
Challenge #8 in the Operation Write Home Virtual Card Making Party was to make a card using Washi Tape. This stuff seems to be very popular, so I've bought a few rolls. I used the dotted tape over a strip of green cardstock on this card. I'm not fond of it unless I put it on cardstock for stability.

Beautiful spring card, Velda. I am longing for spring right now since we have about an inch of ice on the ground. Love the way you used the washi tape. Makes a gorgeous border. Thanks for playing along with my washi tape challenge. Good luck in the drawing!
